During my recent stay, I experienced a blend of traditional hospitality and modern conveniences. The staff provided excellent service, allowing me an early check-in and accommodating a last-minute guest without extra charges. However, the noise level was minimal, creating a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The addition of a small fridge in the room was a pleasant surprise, despite initial misinformation.On the downside, the breakfast options leaned heavily towards carbs, which may not suit all dietary needs. The indoor swimming pool closure due to outdoor temperatures seemed unusual. There was also inconsistency regarding the pet policy on the third floor, leading to some barking disturbances.the friendly 24-hour staff and convenient amenities like the spa tub and laundry facilities made for a comfortable stay, marred slightly by a few minor issues.
